The Build When people think of ancient Egyptian times many people picture the Pyramids. To construct such memorials it took a capability of vison, architecture, and social organization. Over 4,000 years later. The Egyptian pyramids still remain much of their dignity, providing a sight into the kingdom’s amusing and famous past. The start of construction, the pyramid buildings were during the beginning of the Old Kingdom. The most common pyramids are the Great Pyramids of Giza. These pyramids are known for their massive distinctive shape and size. There are a total of ten pyramids located in Giza. The largest three pyramids were made for the Pharaohs during the periods of 2600-2500 B.C.E. The largest pyramid was made for King Khufu.
