Once going through this you have earned the respect from the leader and now may be an official member. But, you will have to earn continuous respect to be approved by the gang leader. The first step in to becoming a full accepted member is by killing. As soon as you enter the gang, the leader will send you on a “mission.” If the person completes this mission, they are a member.
