2. Conflict of interest in the workforce when the workforce is being cohearsed by outside vendors to purchase their product or service with certain rewards tied into the purchase (Kreimer, S., MS, 2010).
3. Conflict that occurs within management to work for profit or work for charity (Kreimer, S., MS, 2010).
4. Conflict of workforce when asked to give preferential treatment to a patient just because of their VIP status over other patients. (Kreimer, S., MS, 2010).

The older generation has been brought up with many other standards and protocols then the younger generation. The younger generation has been brought up with the latest technology. In many cases the older generation is not willing to conform to the new technology and that causes conflict. While the newer generation feel that the old protocols are outdated (Notter, J., 2013). Healthcare purchasing agents are constantly being bombarded by outside sales people that are trying to get them to purchase their goods or their services. In some cases the sales people will go to any length to get a sale. This could be in the form of a bribe, bonus, trip, or anything that will give the salesman the edge of the sale. A true ethical purchasing agent would only purchase that would benefit their organization and what meets its needs. Price and quality should be the concern (Kreimer, S., MS, 2010). Management walks a fine line when it has to decide how many charity cases it must take on or not take on at all. It is my opinion that management can overcome this by doing a little bit of strategic planning. Strategic planning may allow a healthcare organization to keep its profits up, while still performing its charitable duties (Kreimer, S., MS, 2010). Preferential treatment is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and unfortunately it seems to happen more often than not for the handling of VIP cases. No patient should be neglected of their right for
