Dynamic Work Ethic

The world has many applicants with the basic educational requirements. The more qualified and more desirable applicant will possess dynamic work ethic traits that will, if the roles were reversed, make the employer want to work for this applicant. These work ethic traits will also in turn make it easier to work alongside in any place of employment. I believe that I possess the tenacity, focus, cooperation, leadership, reliability, dedication, productivity, and self-discipline to be that qualified employee. Without tenacity, one does not possess the drive needed to get a required assignment completed. There are many daunting tasks that come with a job, especially one with “9,199 employees (Facebook Newsroom)” and that caters to billions of individuals as with Facebook. I believe a job is a competition in which your competitors are your fellow employees. You are not only competing for such incentives as better pay but for the opportunity to eventually be in the position of the employer. The objective is not to remain in the same place you began but to excel. I do not believe that anyone would want to work for someone who does not have the drive to take the company to the next level. …show more content…
There will be instances where I will have to work alongside a team of people. I also have to be able to take suggestions and even be coachable when my ideas aren't the most effective. Teamwork is the key to taking a company to the next level. I cannot make it so that I am difficult to work with and my peers are uncomfortable. The job will not be completed to the best of the team's ability or possibly not at all. I must display flexibility in all group situations allowing for the free flow of suggestions and ideas. Cooperation creates a creative judgment-free environment in which everyone feels valued and heard. The employer who displays cooperation is one who will receive the most out of her
