In this context, this system stresses on the contribution of workers in the production of the company. It also emphasizes on the individual uniform experience of the workers to do the job. In contrast, the organic system is more to functional way of the organizing the company. It focuses on assigning different types of works to the employees based on their strengths and talents in specific areas. In organic system, if the employees know well about certain works, they will perform better in those specific areas and this will help to increase the productivity of the company.

Durkheim also related the issue to the theory of Giddens to interpret the overall structure about the personality of people and their personal freedom (Giddens, p. 115-118). Durkheim identified the long-term product about the historical development of Western individualism in the society and the French Revolution that indicated the "moral individualism growth decisive impetus" (Giddens, p. 116). His point of view is concerned with dignity of individuals, individuals’ rights and the encouragement for individuals’ actions. But Durkheim indicated that these ideas were social products created by the community according to social facts. Durkheim also stated that human actions were motivated by self-interest because they were not the product of egoism.
