They are similar in the sense that many people attend both theaters, both put on similar shows, and they both provide crew opportunities. They are also different in these ways. Stage size, the directors and how they direct, and the schools that are involved.
Belltower and Dubuque senior theater can be alike, they are when it comes to the people who participate in the two theaters are sometimes the same people. At belltower the stage is very, very small, it is around ¼ the size of seniors, and the height difference is even greater. The amount of people Senior can fit in its auditorium is also significantly larger. Theis is not to say one is better than the other, like I said earlier they have performed the same shows on the very different stages.
Another way they're different is the directors and the way they direct. Seniors directors are, Arron Dean, Megan Schumacher, and Steve Slade. Belltowers are, Sue Flogel, Evan heil, and Megan Lenstra. Each theater has very good directors, they also direct very differently. Belltowers are more student based which means, the actors are freer to make changes based on how they feel the characters should be. Seniors is significantly different, you are told to do one thing then expected to memorize it and do it. Both are effective in their own way.
Belltower has many schools coming together to make up their shows, schools like Hempstead, galena, Wahlert, East Dubuque, West Dubuque, and also, Senior. But, at Senior it's just kids from senior, so there's not as much interaction with other schools.
So Belltower and Senior are quite similar and different. But it doesn’t mean one is necessarily better than the other. I'm glad to say that I'm involved in

The choir room looked, well like a choir room; inspirational posters on the wall, instruments, sound system, etc. When I first walked into the room I was bit overwhelmed with the amount of people in the small to medium sized room. There was a total of three high schools performing and of course CBC.…

For Lynn’s video, we wanted to let people know of his love for a wide variety of genres of music and the stories that came from learning them.…
