Dubai World Trade Center is a business complex located in Dubai, United Arabs Emirate. It is located along Sheikh Zayed road at the trade center roundabout. The business complex is comprised of eight exhibition halls, residential apartments and Dubai International Convention Center. With services of hospitality, event management, advertising & media and catering the trade center is focused on getting their customers fully satisfied. The organization’s aims and objectives is to connect people, products and ideas from around the globe through shows and trade fairs and prestigious international conferences. This has played a major role in promoting Dubai’s economy and attracting more revenue for the city.
The organizations mission and vision is to be known as a key player in Dubai’s growth and play a greater role in the future. Also, as the regions leading events venue, it will continue to be more innovative and strive to reach to higher standards. The organizations plans are to ensure that Dubai attracts more revenue from tourism, as the trade center has become a leading center in many activities. DWTC has also embraced a number of associate and partners to promote international interaction and development and this has improved their industry.

The departments’ goals and objectives are to ensure that financial records are well prepared and maintained. Also, Ms. Pauline, the manager finance policies and procedures has to ensure that code of ethics and conduct is well maintained to avoid any fraud an errors. Thus, the finance department should focus on improving legal and ethical rules and ensure that they are followed to the letter. Disciplinary measures should also be put in place for any person who may try to mishandle finances meant for the development of the trade
