This would help make with enforcing the laws. If the laws were enforced the Traffic Law Reform Act would help change the rates more (Porter, 2013, p.871). As the Traffic Law Reform Act’s rates continue to decrease year to year it will help change and show people thats drunk driving can be prevented. Law enforcement can make sure others know that other people have been drinking a lot and has had offenses have restricted license plates (Porter, 2013, p.870).
