Per Reporter: Edward was adopted in 2012 via the paternal grandmother (Leigh) due to domestic violence amongst his parents (Jonathan & unknown mother). Leigh and her boyfriend (Julio) are using drugs (meth & crack) around Edward. The drugs are being manufactured and sold. It is unknown if the drugs are accessible to Edward. It is unknown if Edward has been physically harmed due to Leigh or Julio being under the influence. Law enforcement has been involved with the family several times. Kenny (investigator) has previously arrested Julio for possession of drugs. Leigh admitted to using drugs, but was not arrested due to not having drugs in her possession. Julio is an illegal alien.
