The United States has tried to stop all kinds of terrorists groups, but so far none have been stopped completely. Ever since 9/11 there has been sixty terrorist plots (Bucci). The 9/11 attack caused many people pain, many people lost a loved one or more. The people of the United States were scarred from this attack. It changed the way people saw the world.
