Driving under influences of alcohol causes many tragedies and issues of people all over the world and it is an unfortunate reality we have to live our daily lives. Adolescents and young adults in college have the highest rate of driving under the influence. All drivers have the responsibility to ensure they are sober and capable of driving from one destination to the other without endangering the lives of themselves and others around them. As Hingson stated in Quinn journal "approximately 30% of student's self-report driving after drinking" (Quinn 384). Driving under the influence increases blood alcohol concentrations affecting the ability to maintain constant speed and lane positioning. Approximately 1,400 deaths of college students occurred
