In summary on 11/30/17 at 1800 hours, Ofc. Babczak #293 and I were patrolling the area of 5200 W 16th St., when I observed a male subject drinking a 12oz Bud Light beer bottle, while inside his vehicle (08’ Ford IL 39074N). A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.

I made contact with the driver of the vehicle, at which time I requested a driver’s license and insurance. The driver provided valid insurance and a State of Illinois driver’s license. The driver was identified as (Nieto, David C. DOB 03/31/64), who was checked through LEADS. The name check revealed his license was valid and he was clear with no wants or warrants.
