On 10/4/17 I met Mr. Reid at the office of Dr. Rampersaud. I stayed with Mr. Reid in the waiting room until I had to leave for another appointment. Mr. Reid will not allow a nurse case manager into the exam room. Mr. Reid reports he had the injections to his tailbone on 9/28/17. He said they really did not get a lot of relief. Mr. Reid reports he still is unable to use the Spinal Cord Device. He said it is due to the battery heating up to a level he feels he is getting burned. He said he called Boston Scientific and was told to try and use ice when charging to see if that helps. He said he tried the ice and it did not work. He also reports the battery is not holding a charge. He said he would be calling to see what his options are.
