Latissimus Dorsi T7 - L5 vertebrae spinous process, the iliac crest of sacrum, the thoracolumbar fascia, the inferior angle of scapula, and lower 3-4 ribs. Intertubercular groove floor. Extends and medially rotates arm.
Triceps Brachii Long head: infraglenoid tubercle of scapula; Lateral head: posterolateral humerus and lateral intermuscular septum; Medial head: posteromedial surface of the inferior half of humerus. Ulna olecranon process. Extension of the forearm and long head.
Deltoids Lateral 1/3 of the clavicle, acromion, and the lower lip of the crest from the spine of the scapula. There is deltoid tuberosity of the humerus bone. Arm abduction; flexibility of anterior fibers and rotation of the arm medially; extension of the posterior

Serratus Ventralis (Anterior) The ribs one to eight. Scapula medial border on the costal surface. Scapula is drawn forward and the inferior fibers rotate the scapula superiorly.
Biceps Femoris Ischial tuberosity of the long head and the lateral lip of the linea aspera of the short head. Fibula head and tibia lateral condyle. Thigh extension and leg flexibility.
Gluteus Maximus Gluteal line posteriorly, the surface of sacrum and coccyx posteriorly, and sacrotuberous ligament. Upper fibers: iliotibial tract; lowermost fibers: gluteal tuberosity of the femur. Thigh extension and femur lateral rotation.
