I am delighted to be called upon to be a reference for Dora Donovan. Dora asked me to write this letter of recommendation to accompany her application.

I am an Associate Clinical Professor and the Assistant Chair in the Department of Business & Administration, NAU's Extended Campuses, and I have known Dora for the past three years in her capacity as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Personalized Learning division. I was invited by Dora to be a member of the Personalized Learning Industry Advisory Board which has many goals. One of which is the continual development of programs and competencies in Personalized Learning. In this capacity, I also had the opportunity to learn more about Dora's capabilities.
