2. The “recipient” was a 5”7” male of asian descent. He seemed to become frustrated rather easily as during our observation he would aggressively drop his pencil on the desk. Lastly, he also portrayed himself to be shy because, although, he needed help with a practice problem, he did not ask anyone for help.

The “recipient” at first was very reluctant to admit he needed help and somewhat embarrassed. This can be assumed because he was waving off the “doer” and it seemed he insisting everything was okay. Soon, after the “doer” did not give up the “recipient” relaxed, and asked his question. After each question, I noticed the “recipient” would ask more questions and felt more comfortable with the “doer”. When, the two were finished the “recipient” seemed in a better state as he shook the “doers” hand.
9. For the “doer” the outcome was a feeling of pride, motivation, and happiness. As after the exceptional deed, he seemed more upbeat, confident, and going on and on about becoming a tutor. On the other hand, the “recipient” had a smirk on his face as the “doer” walked away and his body position became much more relaxed and that of a pleased individual. So, it seems his day went from unsatisfactory to an above average
