On 02/06/2016 at 13:41 hours, I conducted a motor vehicle stop on a Dodge Charger for improper passing at the intersection of Hurffville and Rt. 42. I activated my overhead lights and sirens and followed the vehicle into the Wendy's parking lot. I approached the vehicle from the driver side where I made contact with the driver, Brian Cox. Brian was advised for the reason for the stop and to surrender his driver's license, registration and insurance card.
