One activity that I would want to add to physical education would be Dodge ball. I want to add it because I think it is a good game, and I think that many other students in our school enjoy it too. If we were able to vote, in physical education, I think that many students would choose to add Dodge ball. The thing about Dodge ball that I think people enjoy is the friendly competition and facing off against their friends to see who wins. I think almost everyone can agree they enjoy a short friendly game of dodgeball. There is more than one reason why some people like dodge ball. One reason may be that the rules are simple, and another reason may be that it is good for your health. Some statistics show that Dodge ball helps you build muscle endurance and that it also improves cardiovascular health. Statistics also tell us that when you run and dodge the balls that it can improve your agility in general (information is from Livestrong. com). There are always some people that hate games such as Dodgeball. For example, some people think the game is a waste of time and has no physical benefits whatsoever. However, there was one time I was hit in the nose with one of the rubber balls which caused my nose to bleed. However, every other time I have played dodgeball I usually have had an okay time playing the game especially when I know that my teammates have my back. Sometimes though your teammates do not have your back especially when your teammates are the ones who were hit with the ball. Then, your teammates rely on you to save them from a major or minor defeat. If the one team loses then that person and his team should be great sports and not argue about one minor detail, that may have caused them to lose.
