When I initially took the "Do What You are Assessment" the findings were inconclusive and misleading. Originally, I felt like the results of the assessment were vague and didn't describe me whatsoever. The test pretty much told me that I was withdrawn from emotion; I was someone who wanted to think logically, only wanted facts, and I just wanted people to work in a neat and organized fashion. Those characteristics might describe me in my work life, but in my personal life I am completely different, so after taking the test I shared my negative feedback with the online assessment.
A few weeks past after I completed the assessment and it was time for me to meet with Dianna Cundiff to discuss my results in person. Right away after entering her office she knew my results were off from the original test. She sat me down and had me retake part of the test and came up with something completely different from the computer; I am someone who likes to think and make decisions with my gut, I care about other people's emotions and how they will be affected, and I like to avoid excessive commitments. My strengths are that I am perceptive, sensitive, and accommodate others well, while I could possibly have a weakness in being bad tempered and idealistic. For my professional life, I would fit well in jobs that work in anatomy and biology, and I also have an affinity for business and entrepreneurship. Considering that I want to be a family doctor and get into medical school, I think this personality type really fits me.
