Also, there is a problem of discrimination among employees and management of the company in a diverse workplace. Workplace discrimination among employees or the manager usually happens in poorly managed workplace diversity (Illmakunnas, 2011). A discriminated employee will have a low motivation for being involved in the development and teamwork activities of the company. Workplace diversity might also lead to litigation issues against the company that has adverse effects on the reputation of the organization.

The purpose of using the research methodology of case studies is because there have been numerous analyses on the impact of diversity in the workplace. As such, through analyzing the various previous analysis of this topic, it will be possible to establish a clear understanding of the impact of diversity in the workplace.
A case study, therefore, provides a detailed analysis of a specific situation (Crowe et al., 2011). The use of the case study research design in this study will be important in offering the researcher the opportunity of getting more information on the research topic. Apparently, this research method is now popular, more precise and focused on the situation and enables a qualitative researcher to narrow down on a broad field of research (Hyett, Kenny, & Dickson-Swift, 2014). It will make it possible to identify various similar variables in the research, an aspect that will enable the researcher to narrow down on the analysis of the impact of diversity within the workplace. The use of this type of the investigation design will focus on various cases of companies operating in the international business platform. As such, a benefit that this study will reap from using the case study research design to inform this research is that this methodology will provide an intricate contextual exploration of a limited number of conditions and events and help elaborate their relationship (Choy, 2014). The study seeks to establish the relationship between the issue of diversity among the employees and the acceptance of treatment that the company accords them. It will explain the relationship between diverse employees and the management of multinational organizations.
