It is based on the years of experience by FBI’s agents to simplify criminal profiling for uneducated law enforcement. They selected their victim, plan the crime, brought items for the crime and left little to no evidence at the scene. They are considered to have average to above average intelligence, socially competent, and well-mannered (to name a few).
