Salary is not the final measure of employee’s satisfaction but the relative benefits that are allotted to the workers in care form the employer that are bonuses, healthcare incentives, medical leaves, extra hours payment, best employee award and the lunch offering during longer work hours. All these incentives create a level of trust between the workers and the employer. After receiving the benefits form employer, the workers feel more satisfied.

Employee commitment helps to increase the job performance and it can be measured from the job that how an employee is performing and what is his level of commitment. Higher commitment level means the worker is performing effectively and he has psychological attachment with the organizations.
