This would have been a great reference point to begin with. Despite not being able to implement the rational model there were some strengths as well as weaknesses during this process. Let 's explore the strengths first. I believe that my decision style of analytical played a role in helping to make a decision of choosing the five candidates for the position. Being able to gather as much information as possible helped to compare applicants and narrow down the search.
