Throughout the course of this semester, taking TCF 201 has taught me about, even though I come to the conclusion that going in this direction of actually being a filmmaker is not for me, in the end. However, it did teach me a great deal. I never knew how much work could go into producing and directing your own work, I mean I had a general idea, but nothing to this magnitude of the amount of work that it takes, plus the hours of sleep that I have lost took a toll on me as well. But it was all worth it.…

When I was in level five at Mrs.Jewele’s class we were learning about something that led us into “The Triangular Trade Route” topic. It was interesting for me because it was like almost a big part of the american history to import stuff in three different countries in the world. From Europe to Africa to the Americas then back to Europe then the whole system starts again starting from Europe. So as I was selecting a topic to research for NHD, I remembered about what we learned in level five. I really liked this topic because I thought if it weren't for this role how could the Americas and Europeans get rich by getting stuff in three other countries.…

For the digital history survey, I choose to use the National Museum of African American History and Culture or NMAAHC, for my assignment. The reason for doing so, was because I was researching for another assignment and I happen to stumble across this website. I found the website to be a good choice for this assignment, due to all the information, stories, and online exhibits it has. I think that this website is a very good way to learn about the African American culture, because it likes to talk about many different subjects, whether it be civil rights, sports, clothing, army, black women, etc. The Website is highly detailed and organized so that a guest (such as I at the time) may easily find what they are looking for.…
