• Digicel aim is to capture and review data intelligence gathered periodically, and proactively communicate to the marketing team. This will allow for better understanding on what customer’s wants and needs; whereby enhancing the current services provided.

• To build customer relationship via a combination of in-person cold calls, networking and appointments.
• Having an effective line of communication within the company to maintain teamwork, comradely and establish quality workmanship throughout the organization.

With channels such as sports, gardening, food, education, kids, technology etc. there is a more variation of channels to be supplied to the general public. Therefore, developing niche channels to engage customers, such as sports package for men who are avid sport fans and kids packages, movie goers, woman, travel etc.

7.3 Income
The income segment is recognised as a major factor for the company to ensure the customer base expands. Developing packages to allow customers with various income levels to afford the services and not be burden and placed on heavy contractual agreements by purchasing channels on flexi-plans specially designed for subscribers allowing for flexibility and control. Other method by offering al-la-carte programs designed for movie goers where they pay a monthly fee for the specific channels.

7.4 Family
Digicel also focuses on family and the extended families where multiple cable boxes are needed. Offering family packages and plans with a minimal subscription fee and they have the option to add niche

Conclusion
Digicel is a well-known brand with multiple dealer stores across Trinidad and Tobago. Based on the SWOT analysis it can be determined for Digicel to improve performance, and market their new service of Digicel Play they must look into its external and competitive environment. In doing so, it will reveal key opportunities and take advantage of threats that may potentially occur. Monitoring marketing mix of price, product, promotion and place will generate the strong growth it needs to retain a strong identity in the cable network market.

They aim to go beyond the profitability ratios and to continue to maintain the reputation in being a company that customers can rely on among other objectives. Digicel is intent on becoming a leading example in developing a sustainable service.
