Pressure ulcers is an injury that developed on individual that usually have difficulties to move due to paralysis, illness or old. Pressure ulcers is also known as decubitus ulcers, pressure sore and bedsores. Pressure ulcers would happen when an area of skin is placed under a long time pressure with combination of shear and friction. These pressure ulcers are mostly developed on the skin that covers bony area of body such as sacrum, coccyx, heels, hips, elbows, knees, ankles, and back of shoulders. Pressure ulcers is a treatable injury but in some condition this injury can be fatal if the patient does not get early
