Canadian values is strongly based on individualism. Individualism is based on the value(s) of oneself, the “I” identity. In a business sense it sets goals for oneself while competing with others, it will benefit the self not others. Each individual is unique in their own way. It is encouraged that the self operates and relies on oneself to strive for success.
