People are making the decision to incorporate poor diets and limited activities in their daily lives increasing the risk of diseases like diabetes and a reduced life span.

This sudden onset of weight gain has attracted the attention of many individuals who have experienced this health risk and desire to change. This desire has inspired weight loss plans, television shows, and websites dedicated to national weight loss goals. There are many ideas on how to lose weight but the overwhelming premises behind every plan is diet and exercise.
