One big problem that I have in my diet is that I always add salt to all meals even they food already has salt. I know that it’s a bad habit to be putting more salt in meals that already have salt that is something that I want to keep doing. With high levels sodium in the body can cause blood pressure levels to also go up. In my family there is history of high blood pressure and if I keep eating that amount of sodium I might also suffer from high blood pressure. Avoid all sodium in meals to prevent high blood pressure. Further more water can be also very beneficial for the body. Water can increases energy, promotes weight loss, flushes out toxins, boosts immune system and helps maintain the balance of body fluids. Another long term goal is to exercise every day. Starting by walking for an hour every day and then increasing the type of exercises and the time. For example, walking around the park, paying a sport, jogging, yoga, Tai Chi, lifting weights and dancing. When a person combines healthy eating and exercise can live a more healthy life.
