People may say that if you eat a healthy diet, you will be fine but they are wrong because say for instance you do eat a healthy diet, you could live a stationary lifestyle like being lazy and sitting around all day which destroys the whole point of eating healthy because you aren't living healthy. Now even if you exercise but don't eat the right diet, that may still have no effect on you, after all, all the exercises you do may end up being useless unless that exercise is combined alongside with the right diet so that whenever you exercise, your body will be able to burn fat.
