Diabetes: A Personal Summary And Analysis

After I was diagnosed with diabetes back in October of 2015, I truly dedicated my time to working out. Every time I exercised, I wrote it down and i disciplined myself to working out every day and I accomplsihed that goal. I exercised for two months, but then I had to stop because I started experiencing knee pain. I continued jogging at times and playing basketball, but then my pain became very severe that I had to go checked and was diagnosed with jumpers knee. The doctor advised me to rest for a couple of months and to get physical therapy and thats what I have been doing.
