Dia de los Muertos is a holiday in Mexico well know as Day of the dead. Dia de los Muertos starts on October 31st and ends on November 2nd. People is south of mexico believe that the gates of heaven are finally open at midnight. every year on October 31st, and all of the passed away children are now reunited with the families. For 24 hours on November 2 the spirits of the adults get to enjoy the parties that was prepared for. In most parts of Mexico they make altars. They are made in each home of the villages in parts of Mexico. They are decorated with candles and buckets of flowers and lots of fruits. The food there is peanuts, turkey, tortillas and a big day of the dead bread called pan de Muertos. The altars need to have a lot of water,
