Our human body consists of several different types of organs for example, lung, heart and kidney each organs have specific function that they carry out. Small part of the cell which is called organelles, they have been adapted to carry out certain function and this can be more than one. Organelles are found in eukaryotes and they are always surrounded by protective membrane.
Mitochondria which is the organelle it acts like a digestive system because it takes in all the nutrients, breaks them down into smaller molecules and it creates energy rich molecules for the cell. The biochemical processes of the cell are known as cellular respiration. Mitochondrion is an organelle which keeps the cell full of energy and it provides energy for the body.

The villi are small and they are finger like projection that protrude from the circular foods. Villi they are being situated at the edge and this is between the lumen of the intestine and the blood and other tissues which are inside our body. The inner wall or mucosa of the small intestine is it being lined with simple columnar epithelial tissue. In structure wise, the mucosa it is covered in wrinkles this is called plicae circulars, this is something that is permanent feature in the wall of organs. The function of plicae circulars is to increase the amount of surface area which is available to absorb nutrients. Epithelial tissue it covers the inner and outer surface of a stomach to protect against acid such as hydrochloric acid. The epithelial tissue secretes digestive fluids, enzymes and acid. It acts as a barrier and an absorbingliner.
An organ is a group of different tissues that work together to perform a certain function. The stomach is a muscular sac which lies between the oesophagus and small intestine. The stomach isn’t the only organ that absorbs food in your digestive system but it is there to churn food into a consistency so that it can be easily digested for the rest of your intestines which is the small and large intestines and it does this in a controlled and regulated manner. When the stomach releases acids and enzymes for the food to breakdown, the enzyme which is pepsin is has the responsibility for protein
