On 12/03/2016, at approximately 1953 hours, at the Durango Jail, located at 3225 West Gibson Lane Phoenix, AZ 85009, a radio call was made for additional officers to respond for a multiple inmate fight in Durango 7 D-pod. Officers Mendoza B2686, Delong B3125, Espinoza B3284, Serrano B3280, Larsen B2798, Sergeant Johanning A9075 and Lieutenant Leonard A6248 responded to regain control of Durango 7 D-pod, only to find that the fight had ceased and the combatants had locked down along with all the other Inmates in D7 D-pod. Cleveland police officers, exactly one hundred officers was involved in a high speed chase that ended with the death of two civilians that was unarmed. The law enforcement agency began chasing Timothy Russell, and his passenger Melissa Williams who probably was terrified and, couldn’t possibly understand what they had done wrong to be being chased by these officers. On 09/07/2006 at 1011 hours, I was patrolling eastbound on Highway 10 at Ives Road. I observed a vehicle matching the description of one I know to be occupied by a wanted person and possibly involved in several thefts in the area. On Saturday, 12/30/2017, at approximately 1024 hours I was dispatched as a cover unit for Officer Hyink, on the report of a husband who pushed their wife. I arrived on scene at approximately 1027 hours and saw the husband later identified as Confidential Victim #1, outside the garage and the wife, identified as Suspect Prywes, standing inside the garage. I approached Prywes and asked her what happened. She told me she was pushed and hit the concrete hard on her back. The nature of the article is to address the ethical implications of a legal case against the counseling profession by Ward -vs-Wilbanks. Ms. Ward was a graduate student enrolled at EMU in the clinical counseling program during her practicum. During such time, Ms. Ward refused to render services to a client because of her values and religious beliefs; therefore she referred the client to another student. The ACA standard prohibits such practice especially when the counselor’s values are inconsistence with the client’s goals or are discriminatory in nature as this case was. This conflict became evident when Ms. Ward was suspended from the program indefinitely.…

On 12-30-15, I deputy Wilbanks stopped a maroon car travleing on hwy 45 with no headlight. Upon speaking with the driver Ariana Hatley i could smell the odor of marijuana.
