On 8-29-16, Deputy Wilbanks was dispatched to New Hope RD. Dispatch advised that there was a man passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle and he had his hand on a gun. Deputy Wilbanks made scene and notice that the subject was Mr. Micheal Crum and there was a gun in the passenger side. Deputy Wilbanks removed the gun alone with a knife that was inside the vehicle. Deputy wilbanks Woke Mr. Micheal Crum up and he stated that he just feel asleep. Deputy Wilbanks asked if there was anything illagel in the vehicle and Mr. Crum stated that they shouldnt be anything.
