The patient completed the electronic screening for depression and suicide ideation. The results were positive for depresion and denied suicide ideation, hallucinations and delusional ideas are not present. She presents low energy, lost of interest in activities, depressed among other symptoms. The patient has no insurance, has employ but does not have financial resources. Furthermore she is on pharmacotherapy without counseling. The recommendation is counseling services to decrease the depression
