I like how you mentioned all the important points that should be discussed with a patients that is afraid to take dental radiographs and how you showed empathy with the patient. I just want to add that before we start taking dental radiographs in a patient we should always need to let them know what we are going to do, ask they if they had any dental radiographs taking in the past, if not explain to them what we are going to do. There are some cases in where patients are afraid, but they do not say it.
