Demi Lovato, an avid supporter of Hillary Clinton, apologized for a joke she posted on Twitter about Donald Trump. The “Body Say” singer said she was just trying to make light of the presidential election.

The controversial tweet has now been deleted, but according to Fox News, the post was in reference to the leaked Access Hollywood tapes. Allegedly, those are the tapes where Donald Trump was making lewd comments on women more than a decade ago.

Demi Lovato has several tweets with hashtag #ImWithHer showing her support to Hillary Clinton who just lost the presidential race to Donald Trump. The “Let It Go” singer also urged everyone to go out and vote regardless of who are their candidates.
