Demi Lovato Saving Lives With Her Story
Demi Lovato is born and raised from Dallas, Texas. She was born on August 20, 1992 and is the oldest sibling of two. Growing up she loved singing and got a role in Barney and Friends by the age of 7. By 13 she got put in a television program on Disney Channel called Sonny with a Chance, as the main character. By age 15, she was the main role along with the Jonas Brothers, in the movie Camp Rock and Camp Rock the Final Jam (Demi Lovato Biography). Demi Lovato is an epic hero because she has a hero’s journey and a human weakness. Lovatos life has been a rollercoaster and many unexpected events occurred. Her hero’s journey was all fun and games until one point. She started off with Barney and Friends at the age of 7, due to Barney, she got discovered by Disney along with her childhood friend Selena Gomez. Automatically, fans fell in love with them. Demi then got the Lead part of “her” show Sonny with a Chance. This was where she became very famous. A year and a half later, she got a lead act in a movie called “Camp Rock: Final Jam”. Her co-stars were the very popular (at the time) Jonas Brothers. A year later, the second movie, Camp Rock 2 came out leaving her at the top of her fame. (D.Amos). Weeks after the movie came out, Lovato went on tour with the Jonas Brothers, but left mid-tour to admit herself into rehab. Now she is more successful than ever and is helping other people who went what she went through with campaigns against bullying. Her journey almost feels unreal. Lovato’s appearance was and always will truly be her weakness. She didn’t like or accept the way she looked growing up causing her to go into depression and other disorders. People will always judge and that can eventually hit the person hard and that’s what happened to her. Even now that she is healed and helps others, it’s still a weakness for her. She just learned how to deal with it and how to not let it affect
