In the words of S.E. Hall, "Maybe it's not about the length of time you've know someone; maybe it's about instant recognition on an unconscious level. Our souls know each other". The connectedness that they speak of is that everyone on the world is connected not from knowing each other long but recognizing them on a suspicious level. Everyone's souls know each other even if they don't know it yet. This essay will show how Demi Lovato is connected to Feminism.

Demi Lovato has had a very interesting life filled with achievements and bumpy paths. Demi was born on August 20th, 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Demi Lovato has two sisters named, Dallas and one named Madison. She was a success on many different television shows like; Barney

Panda Express is a Chinese cuisine and is the largest Asian restaurant. Panda Express was first founded in America 33 years ago and is traditionally located in shopping malls. Today though Panda Express in located on Universities, Casinos, airports and amusement parks ("Panda Express"). Panda Express offers many food choices but: "The company does not offer franchising: all units are company owned and operated" ("Panda Express"). Panda express has over 1900 restaurants in the United States. It is founded by Andrew and Peggy Cherg. When Andrew's parents moved to the U.S the company was then started. In 1982 Peggy joined the Panda Express company ("Panda Express"). The first ever Panda Express opened in 1983 and in the late 1980's Panda Express moved out of shopping malls and expanded their company to other places. In 1997 Panda Express opened is very first ever drive through restaurant. Now today less than two percent of Panda Express's are held in shopping malls. Panda Express in 200 launched 'Panda Cares': "They provide funding, food and volunteer services to children in need and disaster relief efforts" ("Panda Express"). Panda Express was awarded with the City Of Angels Award in 2008. However in 2007-2009 Panda Express paid $150,000 because three female employees were sexually harassed while working ("Panda Express"). Penguins are flightless birds and there are a wide variety of species of penguins. For example there are Macaroni penguins, Yellow-Eyed penguins, Emperor penguins, King penguins there are many more other species too. The smallest penguin in the world is the little blue penguin which is ten inches tall.Crest penguins are one of the most colorful penguins in the world. ("Bradford, Alina"). The largest penguin the the world is the Emperor penguin which can weigh up to 60-90 pounds. A few islands penguins live on is the Penguin Islands, the Shetland Islands, and the Galapagos Islands. Most penguins live in the southern hemisphere and live up to 80% of their lives in the ocean ("Bradford, Alina"). Penguins can swim up to fifteen miles per hour. Penguins are carnivores, they kill krill, squid, and other fishes. Male and female penguins usually mate for life. During the mating ritual: "The male usually starts the mating ritual and will pick out a nice nesting site before he approaches a female" ("Bradford, Alina"). The ages that most penguins begin mating is when they are three to eight years old. After the female Emperor penguin lays the egg the male penguin will protect it while the female will go and hunt for food.
