The experience in my life that influenced me to attend school and get my degree as a Healthcare Administrator was when I went to visit my grandmother in the nursing home where she lives. I noticed that the residents didn't have much to do during the day. They play bingo once a week and attend mass every Sunday at 9 in the morning. The rest of there time is spent in there rooms watching tv. I started searching other nursing homes and came to the conclusion that the home where my grandmother resides was really not doing nothing for there residents. I spoke to some of the other people that had there loved ones in that same nursing home and they also agreed with me that there loved ones were not being entertained or
