Today in society humans tend to categorize people by their actions or tendencies. Everyone is guilty of it. We judge others whether they are good or bad without realizing it most of the time. But who and what actually defines “evil”? Everyone has their own values and views on what's morally right or wrong. It is said that there is a thin line between good and evil, but is there? Us as humans just like to polarize things. If a humble homeless man is dying of starvation and has to steal to survive, would you really consider him evil? I don’t think that is the case. Although it is illegal to steal, it’s in our nature to do the things we need to do to survive, no matter the consequences. Animals in the wild do violet, injurious, and painful things. However, it isn’t learned, it’s just a natural response. Similarly, wars are a struggle for basic animal dominance and dominance is necessary for any sort of organized society. Look at it this way, if someone was to assassinate a dictator that was brutal and caused lots of death in the country, would the assassin be “evil” or “good”? It’s hard to understand because killing is morally wrong to begin with, no one should end anyone's life. It’s kind of hypocritical to say a murderer is bad then convict the same crime and call it “good”. Random things that some people consider evil are perfectly acceptable for others; the definition of evil depends entirely on the person and their values and beliefs. Since
