Everyone gets angry, it is a part of life. Although I still do believe that if someone gets angry often they need to start taking time to have “me time”. “Me time” is time to yourself to think and do something that makes you feel good. I believe that this time is extremely important for someone that experiences anger, or stress. I believe that anger is one of the most important emotions for someone to pay attention to and everyone should learn about anger to find out what is the right amount of anger to have and what they should do to help them
