What is the one thing that everyone strives for in life? What makes everyones lives seem complete and perfect? Happiness. Happiness is the quality or state of being happy. But what exactly brings you into that state of happiness. Most people would say money, power, love, but that definition changes for every person. In our society, people like to believe that money is the root to all happiness. There was a man named Willie Hurt, who won a 3.1 million dollar lottery ticket. He bought a wide variety of very expensive things, but he soon decided that he was much happier when he was poor. So what really makes a person happy and what are those keys? This quote from Thomas Jeffersons, Poor Richard’s Almanac describes that a person who gets more sleep will become a happier person. But why is sleep so good for you and what does it do that could make you happier? Everyone has heard of beauty sleep, the one thing that all females say they need about once in their life. During some of the certain parts of the sleep cycle your body starts repairing itself. So when you wake up in the morning you have dark circles under your eyes. How does that make you feel?
