There are also people who claim to never have moments of stress. I have had moments of challenge in my life (I prefer the word challenge over stress), and it’s these moments that have helped me to understand how important it is to have a release. Engaging with others is important because it gives you time to focus on something other than the issues you may be dealing with. The time that I spend with friends and family gives me the opportunity to receive the love and affection that I know they each have for me, and it’s the way that I recharge and regroup. When you get low on gas, you fill it. When you are low on money and need help, you turn to friends and family. In the past I, have been told that I do have a Type A personality and that I like to do everything myself because I am afraid nobody else will do it right. I can’t say that I agree completely with my results. I scored a 28 out of 100. The test indicates that while I am characterized as being warm and tolerant most the time, I have occasions where I am inpatient and irritable. My score also shows that I have moments of lashing out when I am stressed but says this is very rare. I think we all have moments in our lives where we can be somewhat impatient but mine are very, very few and I would say not enough to even recall. My temper is very even, and I don’t allow the attitude of others to change how I conduct myself, and most people would say I have more patience than anyone else they know.
