METHODOLOGY
A deductive reasoning was used in this article where this method is aimed and a testing theory. It is a clear method and usually it begins with a hypothesis and followed by the emphasis which Is generally on causality. And on the front page under method: A quantitative descriptive cross-sectional design is used. This is commonly associated with quantitative research. Deductive Reasoning is considered by many as a standard for scientific research in order to test whether the theories and hypothesis can be proved with specific cases.

The sample size is an important feature of empirical study In which the goal is to make inferences about a population from a sample. In this article. A sample size of at least 182 observations was determined using a sample size formula recommended by Sceaffer et al. (2006:46). According to Brink et al. (2013:13), a sample size is a part of fraction of whole, or the subject of a larger set selected by the researcher to participate in a research study.
The population was made up of 335 nurses who received OSD and working in a public hospital in the NWP. The population for this study determined as different views was obtained regarding the job satisfaction. Probability-stratified random sampling was used in order all categories of nurses had an equal chance of being included in the study. The respondents satisfied as per their level training, namely PNs,ENs,ENAs, (Nursing Act 2005:5). The sampling frame was obtained from the monthly allocation in order to get the total number of nurses working at the hospital. All strata were represented
