Dealing With Anxiety-Personal Narrative

This week has been better. I am not feeling so much emotional as I was before. I had to really take sometime and just think about what is going on in my life. I really feel that I suffer from anxiety at times. When I do not have control over things that are happening in my life, I noticed that I become very worried, stressed and extremely emotional. I also tend to over analyze things. As I am getting older and continue living life, I know that there will be bumps in the road, and things will not always go according to plan, I am learning how to deal better with life hiccups an adult. I am Christian and I do believe in prayer. Prayer has also help bring a lot of comfort to me as well. The CPCE is approaching. I will be taking the test for
