The company I work at is a daycare/preschool and the vision statement is that every child is safe and caring environment. The goal is to provide educational learning, furthering social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The values do align with the visions statement due to management because the director of the daycare makes sure that the needs of children are meet in an appropriate way. It is essential to establish a mission, strategies, formulate, implement, and control plans regarding an organization to succeed.
