This is your former tenant Davis Langford. I have received the bill of cleaning fees after moving into my new apartment and have notice a discrepancy. I have been charged a total of $80, from both a $30 kitchen cleaning fee and a $50 carpet cleaning fee. I would like a refund on the $50 carpet cleaning fee as a have pre-paid this fee 2 months prior to moving out. I have attached a picture of the receipt below. As to clarify I am only asking for a refund of the $50 carpet fee, not the entire charge.
