Physical bullying regularly comes in a group of people bullying one or more victims, those who differ from the peers are having a higher risk of being bullied. And so, some of the victims who have been bullied may also bullying others, probably are at greater risk of subsequent behavioural, academic issues and mental problem. This occurrence often happens is due to the reason that the disconnection between what the adults see and what the youth experience during being bullied. In addition, grownups usually don’t know what action should be taken while they identified it is a bullying case, and statistics also stated that only about a quarter of the students who suffered being bullied notified adults about what they have encountered. It is regarded as a serious issue because there are a lot of bystanders who have seen bullying happen around the school, and they claim that they have witnessed more than one time of the incident in a month, meaning bullying comes in frequent and the school is the best place to cultivate bullying rather than receiving an education. In a more actual aspect to view this case, it can affect the youth to grow up and causing them to live in the dark, sometimes they even rejected to go to school again. Therefore, the first step that can be easily conducted is creating awareness among people. To make it successful, we can partner with others to join the action in educating the students, teachers and parents about recognizing bully and monitoring the places where it most happened. This is able to show that there are people who involved and stand against the bullying, opening for all ages of people to join has shown that it is an effective action to take place. By creating awareness, there is an existence of the community that can provide opportunities for youth to share their feelings, problems and ideas, along with forums to discuss about the topic. Adults like teachers and parents can make it an open subject to talk in their conversation, they also play as a helpful person for those who have been bullied to talk with. By this effort, we are able to foster a culture of caring, respect and awareness; create a school where the youth can feel free to attend daily.
