One question on the survey asked students if another student was being harassed on social media, would the student interfere to help the person being bullied. Rachel Anderson, a Madera High senior who was surveyed, answered that “I do interfere when a person is being harassed on social media because it is wrong for them doing that and it could lead to depression if it’s not stopped.” Many students at Madera High are aware of the consequences social media harassment has on a person.
